§ 2-1. Village seal.

Latest version.

The seal heretofore provided and used by the village with the inscription "Village of Hinckley" around the upper outer edge thereof, and "Incorporated May 22nd, A.D. 1877" around the lower outer edge thereof, and the inscription "DeKalb Co., Ill.," across the center thereof, is declared to be the seal of the village.
